Original recipe yields 1 serving
2 lb shrimp, uncooked but deviened
1 box fettuccine
1 bunch broccoli
3 lb boneless skinless chicken breasts
2 Tbsp butter
2 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
2 jars (32 oz.) 4 cheese sauce
2 cloves of garlic
1 Tbsp chopped fresh parsley
1/4 tsp oregano
2 Tbsp sherry (optional)
Salt and pepper to taste
Parmesan cheese for the topping

Let's Make It
First shell the shrimp and wash. Then heat water for fettuccine. Blanch the broccoli do not overcook. Cube the chicken breasts, then saute in the butter and olive oil mixture, until tender.
After the chicken is prepared, open both jars of 4 cheese sauce and place in heavy lg. sauce pan. Then add the chicken to the sauce. Next add the shrimp to the oil and butter mixture; you may need to add a little more oil first. Then add the 2 garlic cloves (chopped), parsley, and oregano. If desired add 2 Tbsp. Sherry. Cook shrimp till pink.
Now once all is prepared, plate the pasta, place broccoli over pasta, then the shrimp, then pour over the chicken and cheese sauce. Sprinkle with salt and fresh ground white or black pepper to taste. Then top with parmesan cheese.
