Cut chicken breasts into chunks, place in a Ziploc bag with 1/2 cup of hot pepper sauce. Maranate for 2 hrs or longer for spicier taste.
Remove chicken from maranade. Throw marinade away. Cook in pan with the remaining pepper sauce, till chicken is cooked through. Let cool to room temp.
Add lettuce, spinach, celery, onion, mushrooms, carrots and cucumbers. Toss to mix all.
Place lettuce mixture on serving plates. Top with chicken and shredded cheese top with Kraft Fat Free Ranch Dressing. Add crutons for a crunch! ENJOY!!
