Original recipe yields 1 serving
1 beaten egg
2 tablespoons milk
1/4 cup Italian bread crumbs
1/4 teaspoon onion powder
1 tablespoon prepared mustard
1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
1 tablespoon A.1. Steak Sauce
1/2 tablespoon season all
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 pound ground beef
4-6 slices Kraft Cheese
4-6 hamburger buns

In a large mixing bowl combine egg and milk, mix well. Stir in bread crumbs, onion powder, mustard, garlic powder, A.1. Sauce, season all, salt and pepper. Add ground beef. Mix well.

Shape beef mixture into four or six patties. Place patties on the unheated rack of a boiler pan.

Broil 3-4 inches from the heat till no pink remains, turning once. Broil the patties for about 12- 14 minutes. Right before you remove from the oven add cheese (if desired) and allow to melt, serve on hamburger buns and enjoy.
