4 cups small shell pasta shells or small elbow macaroni
2 cups Kraft Miracle Whip
1/4 cup cider vinegar
1/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup horseradish sauce
1 tablespoon garlic salt
1/2 teaspoon fresh ground pepper
1 cup chopped celery
1 cup chopped onion
1 green pepper, divided use
2 cans (6 oz. each) albacore tuna, drained
2 large eggs, hard boiled, divided use

Cook pasta according to package directions. Rinse under cold water and drain.
In medium bowl mix Miracle Whip, cider vinegar, sugar, horseradish sauce, garlic salt and pepper.
In large bowl combine cooked pasta, celery, onions, 1/2 green pepper chopped, tuna and 1 egg coarsely chopped. Stir until well mixed. Gently fold in Miracle Whip mixture until well combined.
Slice remaining hardboiled egg into rounds. Slice remaining green pepper into 1/4-inch by 3-inch strips and arrange strips around the bowl like the spokes of a wheel, placing egg slice between each green pepper strip. Place one egg slice in the center and sprinkle top with paprika.
