Salisbury Meatballs

Original recipe yields 1 serving
1 1/2 lb ground beef
1 envelope onion soup mix
1/4 cup chopped onion
1 tablespoon water
3 envelope s (7/8 oz. each) brown gravy

Let's Make It

Combine ground beef and onion soup in mixing bowl. Roll ground beef into 1" balls.

Place meatballs in large skillet (it will not hurt to stack them). Add chopped onion and water to skillet. Cook on stove top on low heat until done.

While meatballs are cooking; make gravy according to directions, in a medium sauce pan.

Drain meatballs in strainer. Return to skillet and pour in gravy. Stir well and set simmer for about 15 minutes.
