Jenny's Pepper Steak

Original recipe yields 1 serving
3 tablespoons flour
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp garlic salt
1 round steak
2 green peppers
1 large yellow onion
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 large can Hunts diced tomatoes
1 medium can Hunts tomato sauce
1 bag favorite noodles

Combine flour, black pepper and garlic salt in sandwich bag. Then cut up round steak into 2" pieces. Shake meat in bag with flour, garlic salt & pepper. Cut green peppers and onions into 1/2" strips.

Put oil in hot frying pan or electric skillet and fry coated meat until thoroughly cooked. Turn down heat and add green peppers, onions, canned diced tomatoes and tomato sauce.

Then let food simmer for 1 hr and 15 min. Prepare noodles per instructions on bag. Pour pepper steak on noodles and serve individually.
