lb 1 to 2 ground hamburger meat
1 box Spanish rice
1 can (27 oz.) Bush's Chili Beans (Mild Sauce)
2 cans (10 3/4 each) Campbell's Cream of Mushroom Soup (I use 98% Fat Free)
1 can (10 oz.) Ro*Tel ORIGINAL Diced Tomatoes & Green Chilies
1 can (10 oz.) Ro*Tel MILD Diced Tomatoes & Green Chilies
1 bag Nacho Cheese Doritos Chips
1 bag shredded cheese

Brown meat, drain, and set aside. Fix Spanish rice according to directions on box.

Mix chili beans, cream of mushroom soup (DO NOT ADD MILK OR WATER), Ro*Tel tomatoes, rice, & meat together. Heat for 15 minutes or until hot.

How to Eat: Place about a handful of chips in a bowl, using the back side of a spoon crush chips up by pressing on the chips about 3 times. Spoon rice mixture on top of chips. Top with shredded cheese. Enjoy.
