1 can (8 oz.) mandarin orange segments, drained
1 prepared graham cracker pie crust (8 or 9 inch)
1/2 cup miniature marshmallows
1/2 cup shredded or flaked coconut

In a large bowl, mix 1 tub Cool Whip, pudding mix, pineapple & juice, and drained orange segments until you have a uniform green color. Add mix-ins if desired.
Pie: fill pie crust* with mixture & top with part of 2nd tub Cool Whip. If desired, garnish with drained maraschino cherries, mandarin orange segments, or pineapple chunks or tidbits.
Pudding: pour mixture into individual dishes. Top with Cool Whip, or garnish, if desired. Refrigerate 5-10 minutes**
