Preheat your oven to 350°F and spray the bottom of a 13x9 baking dish with cooking spray. Start to brown the meat and cook the pasta.
While you are browning the meat add the salt and pepper. When the meat is brown, drain and put back into the pan. Add sauce, onion powder, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning. Let this mixture simmer on low heat for about 10 minutes.
When pasta is done, drain, and drizzle a dab of olive oil on noodles and put noodles back into pot. Combine egg and milk mixture and then add to noodles...MIX WELL! Then add the meat and sauce mixture to the noodles, combine well. Add a handful of both cheeses and mix well.
Next take your spaghetti mixture spread it into your pan and top with the remaining cheese. Sprinkle with a little bit of parsley and cook in the oven for 30 minutes. Take out of the oven and let sit for about 5 minutes, serve and enjoy.
