1 bunch fresh broccoli or 1 small box frozen broccoli heads
1 package (envelope) "side" rice in cheddar broccoli
1 small package Velveeta cheese, cut up into cubes
1 can cream of condensed chicken or mushroom soup

Let's Make It
Preheat oven to 350°F. Cut the broccoli off of the stems and boil or steam the heads.
Prepare the rice as directed on the package, however do it into a large pot. Melt the Velveeta into the rice mixture, add in the soup. Slowly add in the broccoli.
When everything is mixed and melted well, place into a baking dish and bake until bubbly and very slightly brown.
