Heat oil in a large nonstick skillet over high heat. Add kielbasa and onions; saute 3 minutes or until onions are golden brown.
Add rice, broth and half cup water; boil. Cover and cook 17 minutes until rice is almost tender. Add shrimp and crab meat; cover and cook 2 minutes.
Stir in sofrito and peas; cook, stirring for 1 minute or until rice is tender and shrimp are cooked. Remove from heat; stir in parsley.
