Let's Make It
In a large pot put about 4 cups of water and 1 tsp. of each of the seasonings to a boil. Add the hamburger meat to the boiling water. Break it apart as it boils.
After about 15 to 20 minutes of boiling, add the noodles and the other tsp. of seasonings. Cook about 20 minutes or until noodles are done.
Once noodles are done, drain the pot of excess juices. Place back on stove and add milk and butter. While simmering add cheese, salsa, and Ro*Tel, and let simmer on low until all cheese is melted. You must stir occasionally to keep from sticking. After all is melted salt and pepper to taste. Serve with hot rolls and a nice green salad.
