1 medium onion, diced or use about 1/4 to 1/2 cup Ore-Ida frozen onions
2 Tbsp olive or other cooking oil
1 lb ground beef
Salt & pepper to taste
1 can tomato soup
1 soup can of water
1 pkg noodles, cooked according to pkg. directions and drained
1/2 cup Kraft Shredded Cheddar Cheese (if desired)

Let's Make It
Saute onions in oil until translucent. Add ground beef, salt and pepper to taste and brown.
Add one can of tomato soup and one soup can of water. Mix well until all ingredients appear to have a gravy like consistency.
While this mixture is cooking, cook noodles according to package directions and drain. Place in a casserole dish and add the tomato beef mixture. Mix gently until all noodles are coated. Sprinkle on Kraft Shredded Cheddar Cheese.
Bake in a 350 degree F oven just until the cheese has melted, about 10 minutes.
