Kraft Shredded Sharp Cheddar, enough to cover tortilla
3/4 tsp Jalapeño Tabasco Sauce
3/4 tsp Original Tabasco Sauce
1 Tbsp Garlic A.1. Steak Sauce

Let's Make It
Place a paper towel on a microwave-safe plate. Place the tortilla on the paper towel and microwave on high for 45 seconds.
Use the towel to flip the tortilla onto the plate and discard the towel. Sprinkle a continuous layer of sharp cheddar cheese over the tortilla. (Cheese slices don't work as well.) Microwave the cheese/tortilla combination on high for 30 seconds.
Cut the tortilla into 8 wedges, using a sharp knife, and then cut the wedges in half, laterally, to make 16 equal-sized pieces. Sprinkle jalapeno - and original - Tabasco over cheese to taste. Pour the A.1. Sauce as stripes over the cheese/Tabasco combination. (Don't overdo.)
Microwave the resulting combination on high for 30 seconds. Be prepared to reheat the quesadilla on high for 10 seconds after finishing half of it.
