1.5 lb ground beef
1 large can Lucero Early young peas
Corn tortillas
Kraft Mild Cheddar Shredded Cheese
Malt vinegar
Tomatoes (optional)
Lettuce (optional)
Season salt
Pepper

Season meat with season salt and pepper to your likings. Brown meat and drain off any excess grease.

Drain peas and stir into the meat. Place meat and peas on low and cover until ready to serve.

Heat tortillas. (I prefer to heat them in a skillet with butter until they are soft and then leave them in a tortilla warmer until served.) Fix like you would a normal taco but sprinkle malt vinegar to taste.
