Original recipe yields 1 serving
2 large boneless skinless chicken breasts
Salt and pepper (to taste)
4 slices Kraft Deli Style Sliced Swiss Cheese
1 can Campbell’s Cream Of Chicken Soup
1 cup white wine (whole milk can be substituted for this)
2 cups herbed stuffing mix cubes
3/4 cup of melted butter

Butterfly chicken breasts so that each piece is about the same size and thickness. Place chicken breasts in a single layer in baking pan and season with salt and pepper to taste.

Place a slice of Kraft Deli Style Swiss Cheese on top of each chicken breast.

Combine the can of Campbell's Cream of Chicken Soup with white wine (or milk). Pour soup/wine mixture over the chicken breasts. Sprinkle stuffing mix cubes over the top. Drizzle melted butter over the stuffing.

Bake in 300 degrees F oven for 1 hour and 30 minutes. Serve over rice or egg noodles.
