In a big bowl, add beef steaks, ginger, and garlic paste. Mix it together.
Add soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce and pepper powder. Marinate it for 15 minutes. Light the stove and keep the pan.
Fry the steaks with little oil till its brown in color. Serve hot with finely chopped onions.
