Original recipe yields 1 serving
2 package s Philadelphia Cream Cheese
6-9 cloves garlic
2 teaspoon s garlic powder
2-4 tablespoons pickle juice

Take the Philadelphia Cream Cheese and put them through the microwave for about 25 seconds. Peel and then run garlic through a garlic press (amount depending on the size of the cloves and how much your friends like garlic) into the warm Philadelphia cream cheese. Add garlic powder and a splash of pickle juice.

Then get a big strong spoon and mix and squeeze it all together thoroughly. Keep adding small amounts of pickle juice until you get it a little thinner than necessary as it will harden up a bit when the Philadelphia Cream Cheese cools. (Ideally you want to be able to use a ridged potato chip in the dip without breaking).

Put in the refrigerator overnight to ferment and take out about an hour before serving to bring it up to room temperature.
