3 pkg frozen, chopped broccoli
1 stick butter or margarine, divided
1/2 lb cubed Kraft Velveeta Cheese
1/2 box Ritz Crackers

Cook broccoli according to the package directions. Don't drain all the water off, leave just a little. Then put in a casserole dish. Add 1/2 stick melted margarine and cubed cheese and stir just to mix up.

For Topping: Crush the Ritz Crackers, mix together with 1/2 stick melted butter & sprinkle over top.

Bake 20-30 minutes at 350 degrees F.
