Mix all ingredients except flour in 5-cup blender. Let wet mixture mix on high for 30 seconds.
Add flour 1/2 cup at a time -- do not add more flour until there is a hole in the center of the batter. After all flour is added let mix on high for another 30 seconds.
Pour an amount of batter in a greased skillet (the less batter you use the thinner the pancake judge for yourself from the size of the skillet). When pouring batter in, take ban and swirl batter around with wrist and hand. Cook until golden brown and flip (about 2-3 min.) When eating put syrup in middle and roll up like a taco.
