1 tub Cool Whip Low Fat, Frozen
1 package Jell-O Orange Flavor Sugar Free Gelatin
1 can crushed pineapple
1 can mandarin oranges

Mix cottage cheese into the Cool Whip. Sprinkle the Jell-O over it and mix into.

Drain the pineapple and mandarin oranges as it would be too much liquid. Then add both.
