Cut bacon into bite size pieces, fry until crisp, drain most of the grease in leaving about 2 tablespoons worth in. While bacon is frying cut the squash into bite size pieces, rough chop the tomato, cut onion to preference as well as the green pepper. Add all ingredients to pan add salt and pepper and simmer covered until all vegetables are tender.
