Original recipe yields 1 serving
2 (10 oz) cans Campbells chicken broth
equel amounts of water
1 1/2 cups each of these veggies: chopped bok choy, red and green and yellow peppers, onion, tomato, celery
2 whole cloves of garlic
1/2 cup of barly
1 pd of cooked ground chicken
Also add salt, pepper and cajun spice to flavor

While frying the ground chicken, cut up the veggies and put into a slow cooker along with chicken broth, water, garlic, and barly.

Have an extra can of chicken broth just in case you think it to be to chunky.

Add meat when cooked and slow cook for about 4 hrs, stirring and add salt and pepper and cajun spice to flavor.
