Original recipe yields 1 serving
3 boneless skinless chicken breasts, cooked & cubed
1 lb thin spaghetti, cooked
1 large can sliced mushrooms
2 cans mushroom soup
Milk (optional)
1/2 cup bread crumbs (seasoned or not)
1/2 cup grated parmesan
Salt, pepper, paprika, parsley to taste

Spray cooking oil & salt chicken breasts. Bake for 25 minutes at 350°F gas oven (or 375°F for electric). Cube chicken and set aside.

Meanwhile cook pasta according to box instructions. Drain and set aside in large mixing bowl. Add chicken, mushrooms, and soup to pasta and mix well. You may add a touch of milk if you like.

Spray 9x13 baking dish with cooking spray and pour pasta mixture. Sprinkle pepper, bread crumbs then parmesan on top. Dust with paprika & parsley.

Bake in preheated oven for 10-12 minutes at 375°F.
