1/4 cup finely shredded cheddar cheese (mild or sharp)
1 cup pepperoni sliced and then cut in fours
1 tbs p parmessan cheese
4 cups garden rotini

Cook pasta until done, strain, and rinse with cold water. Mix all other ingredients together in large mixing bowl. Add pasta to mixing bowl once it has been rinsed with the cold water. (If you don't rinse with cold water, the cheese will melt.) Refrigerate at least one hour, but overnight works the best. Serve when chilled.
