1 family size bag of frozen vegetables (any style)
1 can of cream of mushroom or cream of celery soup
1 can of cream of chicken soup
any other fresh vegetables you might want (ex.bellpepper, cucumber, etc.) - cut up into bite size chunks.

In Lg. skillet, Cook chicken over med. heat until all white through (no pink)
Add can of cream of chicken soup, over chicken.
fill empty can with water (do not wash out, there will be soup still on the sides of inside of can). Pour water over chicken and soup. Add can of cream of mushroom or celery soup(your choice), to mixture in skillet. Fill empty can with water (same as above), add to skillet. Open bag of frozen vegetables, pour into skillet., and any other fresh vegetables that you enjoy eating.
contine to cook over medium-high heat until starts to boil. Cover, Lower heat to a simmer, and cook over low heat for 15 min. stirring occasionally.
