5 or 6 fresh or frozen strawberries
10 del monte pineapples (tidbits)
2 tbl spoon of pineapple juice
2 tbl spoon of strawberry syrup
1 scoop of low fat frozen yogurt
ice (to desired thickness)

Add the banana, strawberries, pineapples, blend for about 1 min.

Then add the pineapple juice, strawberry syrup, frozen yogurt, blend for another minute.

Then add the ice. Add more ice for your desired thickness.
