1 jar (8-12 oz.) salsa (your choice)
2-3 servings white rice (pre-cooked)
1 pkg shredded cheddar cheese
1 pkg soft tortillas

Let's Make It
Thoroughly grill chicken breasts. Cut into strips or pieces. Dice onions and peppers and lightly grill.
Combine salsa, rice, chicken, onions & peppers into bowl.
Place 1 tortilla on grill or skillet. Spread rice mix onto tortilla and top with cheese. Place another tortilla on top and lightly press. Flip over and grill opposite side until cheese is melted or tortilla is lightly browned. Cut pie shaped or crisscross and serve with sour cream and/or taco sauce.
