Butter bread on both sides. Use a biscuit cutter or a glass the same size and cut a circle out of each center of the two pieces of bread.
Lay bread in skillet and break open an egg in each center. When eggs are set, flip them over.
Cook them as you would eggs over medium.
While eggs are cooking, if you have room put the circles of bread in skillet and grill them too. Serve them to dip in the eggs.
