Cook squash in small amount of water with salt. When tender, drain and drain again. It tends to hold the water.
Add Velveeta and cut it up so it will melt. Melt it in the microwave or on the stovetop.
Pour melted Velveeta over squash. Salt & pepper. Goes with any meat dish.
