Original recipe yields 1 serving
2 lb frozen mixed vegetables-carrots, cauliflower, broccoli
1 can (10 3/4 oz.) condensed cream of potato soup
3/4 cup milk
1/8 tsp pepper
2 cups cooked chicken-cut in 1/2 inch pieces
2 cans or packets chicken gravy
1 tub e (10 to 12 oz.) refrigerator buttermilk biscuits

Cook chicken or use leftovers. Combine vegetables, undiluted soup, milk, pepper, and gravy. Cover and cook on medium high until vegetables are thawed and hot.

Put vegetable mixture in 9x13 ceramic or glass dish. Add chicken. Quarter biscuits with scissors and put on top.

Bake at 400 degrees F for 20-25 minutes until biscuits are brown. Serve.
