Original recipe yields 1 serving
1 lb chuck steak
1 lb ground chuck
1 lb pork ground sausage
McCormick chili powder (to taste)
1/4 cup McCormick cumin
1/4 cup McCormick creole seasoning
1 medium onion, diced
3 Tbsp minced garlic
1 lg. can chili beans
4 sm. cans diced tomatoes
3 bell peppers (green, red, yellow)

Let's Make It

Cut steak into 1/4 in. cubes. Fry the meats in a large pan along with some of the spices, diced onion, and garlic.

Drain grease, put into a large stock pot, add beans, tomatoes, diced peppers, and the rest of the spices, add more to taste.

Cook 1 hour, at low to medium heat. Stir.
