Original recipe yields 1 serving
2 beef round steaks--pounded thin
2 cups prepared Stove Top Stuffing
1 package (8 oz.) shredded cheddar cheese

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Pound steaks until very thin. Cut off any excess fat around edges. Prepare stuffing using directions on package.

When stuffing is ready, spread 1 cup of stuffing on each steak, then top stuffing with 1 cup cheddar cheese. Roll steak in jelly roll fashion. Secure with toothpicks.

Place on a cookie sheet and bake for 30 minutes. Allow steak to sit 5 minutes before cutting. Cut steak as thin or as thick as you want.
