1 envelope savory herb and garlic soup mix
3 tablespoons water
4 boneless skinless chicken pieces
2 large red potatoes, cubed
1 large onion, cut into small wedges
10 mushrooms, cut in half

In a large resealable plastic bag, combine the soup mix and water, add the chicken, potatoes and onion. Seal bag and toss to coat.

Pour into a greased 13 in x 9 x 2 baking dish. Put mushrooms on top of the chicken and in the dish.

Bake uncovered at 350°F for 45 minutes or until chicken and vegetables are tender. Stir vegetables occasionally.
