1 cup plain bread crumbs or graham cracker crumbs if preferred
2 Tbsp honey
1 Tbsp canola oil or non-hydrogenated margarine (can use 1/3 Tbsp. honey instead)
2 egg whites
3 (8 oz.) or 2 (12 oz.) tubs Kraft Philadelphia Fat Free Cream Cheese
3/4 cup Knudsen Fat Free Sour Cream
3/4 cup sugar or 1 cup sucralose sweetener (for those watching sugar intake)
2 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp cornstarch
Use either canned pie filling of your choice or make your own with berries sprinkled with sugar or other fruit such as baked sliced peeled apples, peaches sprinkled with lemon juice and honey and/or sugar or a sweetener to your taste.

Let's Make It
Mix all ingredients until moist. Press onto bottom and sides of 9-inch cheesecake spring pan.
Beat all ingredients with electric mixer until smooth. Spoon filling into crust.
Bake for 40-45 minutes at 375 degrees F or until set in the center. Turn oven off and leave the cake in the oven with the door slightly open for 30 minutes.
Refrigerate until chilled. Add topping of your choice (see possibilities above).
