Cook Ramen noodles according to directions on package but do not add the seasoning packets. Cook chicken breasts to your own desire.
Cool noodles and add cut up chicken to noodles. Then add carrots and snow peas to chicken and noodles.
Finally add mayo, soy sauce and seasoning packets in med. size bowl and mix well. Add sauce to noodles veggies and chicken. Mix well and chill for at least one hour.
