5 medium cucumbers, peeled and sliced thin
1 bunch green onions, chopped
1 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup evaporated milk
1/4 cup wine or apple cider vinegar
2 tablespoons granulated sugar
1 teaspoon dried parsley flakes
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon garlic salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/4 teaspoon onion salt

Combine cucumbers and onions, cover and let stand for 1 hour in the refrigerator.

After 1 hour combine the remaining ingredients. Pour over the cucumber and onions, mix well.
