1 medium onion
2 tsp olive oil
4 Tbsp sugar
1 tsp salt
3 Tbsp lemon juice
8 oz Philadelphia Cream Cheese, softened
4 Tbsp Miracle Whip

Chop finely or grind peppers & onions. Marinate overnight in olive oil, sugar, salt & lemon juice mixture. Drain well in the morning.

Mix cream cheese & Miracle Whip. Add pepper mixture, stir well.
