Tater Casserole

2-3 cups tater tot style potatoes (enough to layer the bottom of a casserole dish, standing vertical)
1 small onion, diced
1-1/2 cups shredded KRAFT Colby/Jack Cheese Blend
3/4 cup milk or half-and-half

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Lightly spray casserole dish with cooking spray. Line tater tot type potatoes standing them on end to cover the entire bottom of the dish.

Sprinkle diced onions over top of potatoes, then layer with cheese. Pour milk or half-and-half over entire casserole.

Bake for approx. 45 minutes. Serve hot.
