1/2 tsp curry powder
1/2 tsp crystallized ginger
2 Tbsp chutney
1 can (12 oz.) chicken, all white meat
1 cup seedless white grapes
1 cup diced peaches (fresh if you have them)
1 can taloupe

Chill dressing for 1 hour.

Mix chicken, grapes, peaches together with chilled dressing. Chill for 3 hours.

Place cantaloupe sliced into round pieces on the lettuce leaves. Place the salad in the middle of the sliced cantaloupe.
