Dissolve gelatin in water, add sherbet and stir until melted. Add drained fruit and bananas.
Chill in a mold or bowl 45 minutes or until set.
While the gelatin, sherbet and fruit are chilling, combine the drained juice, sugar, egg and flour in sauce pan. Cook until thick. Add butter and blend well. Cool and fold in whipped cream.
