Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Place broccoli in bottom of 13x9 pan to cover pan completely. Shred chicken with hands, cover broccoli with layer of chicken.
Mix soup, mayo, and lemon juice. Spread over chicken layer. Top with layer of cheese.
Bake until cheese is melted.
