Blend all ingredients together and press into 9 or 10” pie pan. Bake at 375°F for 10-15 minutes until slightly brown. Allow to cool.
Mix sugar and cornstarch. Add water and corn syrup. Bring to a boil and cook 6 minutes stirring constantly. Add Jell-O powder and cool, but not until set-up. Fold in strawberries until well coated. Pour into pre-baked crust.
Refrigerate and allow to chill for several hours until set. Top each slice with whipped cream or whipped topping.
