Original recipe yields 1 serving
3 lb ground chuck
1 can green chilies
1 tsp Creole seasoning
1/2 tsp seasoned salt
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp chili powder (or season to taste)
1 med onion, chopped
2 large flour tortillas
2 cans enchilada sauce
2 can refried beans
2 cans nacho cheese soup
2 lb Kraft Sharp Cheddar, grated
12 corn tortillas

Brown meat with green chilies, seasonings, and onion. Drain.

Dip two large flour tortillas in enchilada sauce, place in bottom of large square baking dish. Layer meat, beans, soup, cheese, corn tortillas (dipped in enchilada sauce) until all is in pan. Pour remaining sauce over top, sprinkle remaining cheese.

Bake at 375 degrees F about 30 to 45 minutes.
