Brown hamburger and drain. Add tomato paste, spaghetti seasoning, and 1 3/4 cups water. Simmer (it should be thick but where it will still spread smoothly).
Grease pan. Put a thin coat of sauce, noodles, cottage cheese, mozzarella, then cheddar cheese, noodles, meat, cottage cheese, mozzarella then cheddar. Keep layering like this until almost to top of pan.(It will be about 3 layers). On top layer, put noodles, meat, cheddar then mozzarella (no cottage cheese).
Bake at 350°F (325°F for glass) for 45 or until brown on top. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
