2 tbs p. diced red onion
2 tbs p. diced celery
2 tbs p. diced carrots
1 tsp lime juice
Salt and pepper to taste
6 leaves Bibb lettuce
4- in ch wheat pita, cut in half
Snack-sized bag of soy crisps

Mix tuna, yogurt, onion, celery, carrots, lime juice, salt, and pepper.

Slide the lettuce into the pita pockets. Divide tuna mixture in half and stuff into pockets.
