Original recipe yields 1 serving
1/2 cup plus 1 Tbsp. corn flake crumbs
2 tsp all-purpose flour
1 tsp kosher salt
1 tsp brown sugar
1 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp garlic powder
Pinch cayenne
Pinch onion powder
1 lb boneless skinless chicken thighs, cleaned, then cut into 1-inch cubes
1 Tbsp olive oil

Preheat over to 400°F. Place dry ingredients in a small bowl and stir to combine. In a separate bowl, toss chicken with olive oil.

Place chicken in a large zippered bag, gradually adding entire coating (dry) mixture. Seal bag and shake thoroughly until all pieces are coated.

Place chicken pieces on ungreased baking sheet and bake 15 to 20 minutes. Spear with toothpicks and serve with Red, White, and Blue Cheese Dip.
