In mixing bowl, using wire whisk, mix corn, beaten eggs, and milk. Mix in flour till creamy looking (instead of the way the cream corn looks straight out of the can). Butter the bottom of a baking dish (thickly). Pour this mixture in baking dish.
Saute sliced bell peppers & onions and place these on the top. Sprinkle top with Creole seasoning (lightly).
Bake at 350 degrees F for about 50 min to 1 hour. As soon as it’s out of the oven, sprinkle grated cheese on top. It will melt as casserole cools.
