Original recipe yields 1 serving
4 cups fresh tropical fruit (any combination of mangoes, pineapples, and kiwis)
2 cups fresh berries (any combination of blueberries, strawberries, raspberries, and dried cranberries)
1 cup green grapes and/or pitted cherries
Whole cherries for garnish (optional)

1) Prepare tropical fruit.

Pineapple: Cut top and bottom off; cut skin off with a serrated knife. Slice lengthwise into quarters and then crosswise into thin wedges. (You can also use precut fresh pineapple.)

Kiwi: Remove skin with a peeler. Slice into rounds; halve each one.

Mango: Remove skin with a knife; cut fruit off pit and slice into strips.

2) Rinse all berries except cranberries. Cut the tops off strawberries and cut in quarters.

3) Gently combine all fruit in a bowl. Transfer to bowls. Garnish with cherries and any extra mango (if using).
