1 1/2 sticks margarine
1/4 cups lemon-pepper seasoning

Heat oil in deep fryer. Wash off chicken and pat dry. When oil is hot put the chicken in and let cook until chicken is golden brown.

Melt the butter in the microwave. Mix butter and the lemon-pepper seasoning together. Add the chicken to the mixture and toss until the chicken is coated.

You can dip the chicken in ranch or bleu-cheese dressing.
